Membership & Fees

Apply to become a new member

If you are not an existing member, contact the president, complete the Membership Application and email it to secretary@tanheathhounds.org. Applicants get voted in by the club at the next membership meeting. There is a general membership meeting each quarter.

Membership Renewal

Memberships must renewed with the payment of dues by the annual meeting in April each year. See the fee schedule below for types of memberships offered and their accompanying fees. *Do not use the renewal form if you are not a member.

Subscriptions

Members may purchase a season subscription to receive an overall discount on fees. The price of a subscription is $250 per member per year.

Capping Fees

Participation in hunts requires a capping fee for each rider. Fees depend upon the rider's type of membership, and fees are different for non-members of Tanheath. Capping fees for the 2025 season are TBD.

Roading Donations/Fees

A donation of $10 or $20 to support our hounds would be greatly appreciated and help us keep this time-honored tradition alive. (Donations can be made in person or through the PayPal Donation link at the bottom of the Registration page of this website.)
