Membership & Fees
Apply to become a new member
If you are not an existing member, contact the president at President@TanheathHounds.org, complete the Membership Application and email it to secretary@tanheathhounds.org. Applicants get voted in by the club at the next membership meeting. There is a general membership meeting each quarter.
Membership Renewal
Memberships must renewed with the payment of dues by the annual meeting in April each year. See the fee schedule below for types of memberships offered and their accompanying fees. *Do not use the renewal form if you are not a member.

*Please note that ONLINE PAYMENTS for Memberships and Subscriptions MUST INCLUDE an additional processing fee of $10.
Subscriptions
Members may purchase a season subscription for a one-time fee instead of paying individual cap fees at each hunt. The price of a subscription is $300 per member per year. (A $300 subscription is equivalent to 6 cap fees, so any hunts attended after the first six in a season become essentially free.)

Capping Fees
Participation in hunts requires a capping fee for each rider. Fees depend upon the rider's type of membership, and fees are different for non-members of Tanheath. Capping fees for the 2025 season are as follows:

Full and Intro members - $50 per hunt

Social members and non-members - $75 per hunt

Junior members - $30 per hunt

Subscription (for season) - $300
Roading Donations/Fees
A donation of $10 or $20 to support our hounds would be greatly appreciated and help us keep this time-honored tradition alive. (Donations can be made in person or through the PayPal Pay button at the bottom of the Registration page of this website.)
