2025 Pomfret Hunter Pace
Since 1985
Registration Opens July 18, 2025

not just any
hunter pace
The Pomfret Hunter Pace is a long-standing tradition, held annually on the grounds of Tyrone Farm in beautiful Pomfret, Connecticut. What sets it apart from other hunter paces is a combination of things. First, after riders have completed the course and taken care of their trusty mounts, they are treated to a full chicken barbecue in the beautiful and historic Tyrone barn.
Participants are invited to relax on the patio areas and enjoy the beautiful scenery and rolling hills of Tyrone Farm. After lunch, the focus returns to the barn for the announcement of winners in each class and the awarding of ribbons.
